Just a quick update on how swimming went, what I was able to manage, and how I felt afterwards in myself, but also with regards to my muscles, fatigue etc. It's important not to push yourself too hard. Any exercise and movement is better than nothing, and that's something that I've got to remind myself about every time I do any exercise. I may not be able to do what I once could, but equally, I'm doing what I can, I'm doing my best, and I'm not giving up.
